Holy Cow! Here I am again playing catch up with postings. I can't believe how quickly I get behind on updating, but I do. This will be an effort to bridge some of the lost time up to the present in order to get caught up. Mostly, I'll try and post relevant pictures that will show the things that have been happening on the farm since our last photos were posted. This will be no easy task as since that last post, crops have been planted and harvested, a steer was fed out and butchered, our entire flock of old chickens were culled (courtesy of an AR15 and a scope from the bedroom window). We also bought a new flock of Delaware birds that will be ready to lay eggs any day now. We passed through a two year drought and are slowly making a comeback. Our pond was dredged and is now bigger and deeper....albeit not entirely full of water yet. So much has happened and Sam and Hannah are getting too big, too fast. Now, both of them can drive the tractor and stack bales of hay on the wagon (4 high). This year, was a record breaking year for hay. It was the second year that we fertilized our grass but it was the first year that we cut and baled 17 acres of it. We put up just shy of 1,000 bales. They are all stacked neatly in our barn and, hopefully, will be sold this winter. We had two baby calves this summer, one female and one bull calf. Sadly, the little female was run over by my truck while sleeping in tall grass in the middle of a field. A sad, tough loss for the Woolery farm.
Without further ado, here we go at making up lost time.
Every picture seems like it could tell it's own story.....which ones to post. Let's see, family visit from Guate. the U.S. vs Guate. qualifying game, swimming, soccer, school, trips, B.W.C.A. ????

Hello everyone, it has been a really long time since I have posted pictures and I am not doing a very good job at it but I will make a greater effort to(Also that baby you see is my cousin. I downloaded the wrong file, sorry). Now lets begin, i left off on Friday, July 13, kinda scary, isn't it? I'm going to go back a little further and pick off at the play. In those pictures you see Hannah in a spiderweb costume, and me in a farm hat and a dressy shirt now you might be wondering what that is all about. That is the Annual 5th-8th grade play and that play was Charlottes Web, the spider costume gave it away didn't it? In that play, Hannah was the baby spiders of Charlotte and I was the Photographer that took all the pictures. I also uploaded a picture of the entire cast. The next pictures are of my family in Minnesota and Guatemala. Then we left off with some soccer pictures. So I will continue on from there. After Soccer season we planted our garden and celebrated Dads birthday( He is turning 46) I especially like the last one, its like he is saying"NO NOT FORTY-SIX!"haha. The next month Hannah had her birthday party, which consisted of going to the omaha zoo and throwing a slumber party, with all her friends, I of course had one over so I wouldn't be alone. His name is Drew, he is one of my best buds. After Hannah's party we journeyed to the Boundary Waters for our annual trip. These trips are the highlight of our summer. Dad, Hannah, and I always have a great time. This trip had some pretty cold nights and some rainy/windy days. One lake in particular was really hard for us to canoe across. We made lots of new memories.
